My Century 21 office advertises more than the competition. My office and I find that advertising heavily in the Homes and Land magazine, The Real Estate Book, My personal website and our nationwide Century 21 website works the very best to help sell homes, lots, land and by securing "real buyers". We're always at the "very front of the magazine" and these "Priority Front Page Advertisements" cost @ $650.00 per page but the advertising is necessary and I think you'll like my special, different and fresh style in advertising that "really LETS THE BUYER KNOW MORE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY" = including "MORE INFORMATION" and "MORE PHOTOS" than the other Realtors do. I'd really like to showcase your listing too ! ! ! Why do my office and I spend so much money on advertising? I advertise and wish to attract "all qualified potential buyers to your listing" so it sells !!! I'm imagining that's what you'd expect from a listing agent. So "allow me to help you too". Of course your listing very importantly will go into the m.l.s. system offering over @750 local REALTOR Agents and Brokers exposure to your property listing for their potential buyers!
